Delivery Policy

Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery on orders over €100 (including VAT)
  • €5.99 on orders under €100
  • €29.99 for hazardous goods (e.g. wet batteries)
  • €49.99 pallet delivery for items over 30kg

Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) are typically dispatched same day
  • Orders outside this time are processed next working day

Delivery Timeframes

  • Normally next working day after dispatch
  • Please allow up to 3 working days
  • Back-order items: 1–6 working days
  • Supplier items: up to 10 working days (you will be notified)
